Standard Refund Policy Refund
If a participant leaves the league within the first two sessions they can be refunded 80% of their registration fee. If a participant leaves the league between their first two sessions and the halfway point they can be refunded 50% of their registration fee. After the halfway point there will be no refund. Please contact us immediately at info@victoriajuniorfieldhockey.ca if a participant no longer wants to participate in the league.
COVID-19 Refund Policy Refund
In the event of a COVID-19 related suspension or conclusion of our league your refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions that have passed and a deduction of $10 for your T-shirt, mouth guard, and administration costs. This refund is a set formula for all participants even if you missed one session or decided to not take a shirt/ mouth guard. Please be aware we will work efficiently to process the refund however it may take a couple weeks for them all to be completed.
Player Division Movement PolicyIf a participant has a scheduling conflict for their age division practice day and/or time, a request can be made to the Administrator to seek permission and approval for the participant to practice with another age division. This will only be considered for the practice session. Administrator contact email - ( info@victoriajuniorfieldhockey.ca).
