Standard Refund Policy Refund

If a participant leaves the league within the first two sessions they can be refunded 80% of their registration fee. If a participant leaves the league between their first two sessions and the halfway point they can be refunded 50% of their registration fee. After the halfway point there will be no refund. Please contact us immediately at info@victoriajuniorfieldhockey.ca if a participant no longer wants to participate in the league.



COVID-19 Refund Policy Refund

In the event of a COVID-19 related suspension or conclusion of our league your refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions that have passed and a deduction of $10 for your T-shirt, mouth guard, and administration costs. This refund is a set formula for all participants even if you missed one session or decided to not take a shirt/ mouth guard. Please be aware we will work efficiently to process the refund however it may take a couple weeks for them all to be completed.



Player Division Movement Policy

If a participant has a scheduling conflict for their age division practice day and/or time, a request can be made to the Administrator to seek permission and approval for the participant to practice with another age division.
